No, it is also possible to order without registering. However, registration brings you many advantages: you can view your orders, create watch lists and save your preferred payment method.

Questions about the online shop and ordering
In your customer account you will find an overview of all orders and you can change your address data. It is currently not possible to view your invoices there. There is no minimum order value in our online shop.
Yes, we also deliver goods abroad.
Questions about shipping and delivery times
Of course, you can also have your order delivered to another address. In addition, we also deliver to DHL packing stations.

We ship our goods directly to your home within 1-2 working days. Please understand that delivery times may be delayed due to public holidays.

To enable us to process your request as quickly as possible, please have your order number ready. You will find it in the confirmation email of your order.
You have the right to return within fourteen days without giving any reason.
You will receive your money back immediately after receipt and examination of the return via the payment method you used for payment.
Please note, however, that you must provide us with your bank details if you have paid by prepayment/bank transfer.

We ask for your understanding that we will pass on the costs for the return shipment with a shipping service provider of your choice to you as the customer.
